The stay was above and beyond what we expected. We wanted easy access to the beach, a relaxing and peaceful few days, and a few suggestions for where to eat. Benjamin called us when we arrived to make sure we were coming to the right place. He helped us with our bags, and we sat down on the patio to talk about the stay. He answered any and all questions and gave us a ton of recommendations. Additionally, he was absolutely right the 4 days was not enough in Sardinia, so we will be back! Our trip wasn't for exploring, but for relaxation, and the location was absolutely perfect for both options. If you stay here, know that you will be well taken care of, get a ton of recommendations, be in a perfect locations for both relaxation, and a home base for exploring.

Right from the get go the hosts helped us check-in, find suitable activities in the area, helped us fix minor issues. the property was amazing, conveniently located next to the beach, clean and top notch. we stayed here for 4 days and would highly recommend this place.

Wir waren 2 Wochen als Familie mit 2 Kindern in La Caletta und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt an der Straße von St. Lucia nach La Caletta, so dass es manchmal laut sein kann. Aber nachts zum Schlafen kehrt Ruhe ein und tagsüber waren wir ohnehin viel unterwegs. Das Haus ist sehr gut isoliert, so dass die Wärme draußen bleibt. Hilfreich ist hierbei und für einen guten Schlaf, dass die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern komplett abgedunkelt werden können. Bei Bedarf arbeitet die Klimaanlage effektiv. Geräusche aus der Nachbarwohnung waren zu hören, als diese belegt war. Aber nur, wenn es lauter wurde, z. B. weil das Kind laut geweint hat. Der Strand ist top und zu Fuß erreichbar. Manchmal haben wir die Sachen für den Strandtag mit dem Auto vorgefahren und das Auto dann wieder an der Wohnung geparkt. Catherina und Benjamin waren immer ansprechbar, die Ausflugstipps von Benjamin waren Gold wert. Seine und Christians Gastfreundschaft sind unbeschreiblich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It was the most pleasant stay for us among all Airbnb stays. Ben is always proactive, helpful and friendly. Then, you have Chris who makes you feel like you have been their neighbour for decades. The place is lovely, quite and has everything you need. But, I will say it once again, the hospitality is exceptional. They'll do everything to make your stay smooth and fun. I recommend 100%.

vacanza splendida....la casa è perfetta, pulita, curata in ogni dettaglio e dotata di qualsiasi cosa per ogni necessità! la location è spettacolare e offre una bellissima vista sul mare. Abbiamo soggiornato le 2 settimane centrali di agosto in questo meraviglioso paesetto. mare, spiagge, panorama, relax e divertimenti non sono mancati. I consigli e le proposte di Benjamin sono stati utili per migliorare ancora di più la nostra vacanza. Non abbiamo che da ringraziarlo e sicuramente non esiteremo a contattarlo nelle future vacanze. ❤🐬🏖

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica qui . Dal primo momento in cui siamo arrivati gli host ci hanno accolto come se fossimo a casa, facendoci anche anticipare il check in. La posizione della casa è molto tranquilla, a circa 400 mt dal mare a sinistra, mentre a circa 400mt a destra siete nel centro del paese dove c’è praticamente tutto ! La casa è grande e dotata di tutti i comfort : in cucina vi è il terrazzo con un piccolo salottino , mentre in cameretta c’è un giardino piccolo ma molto carino . Al nostro arrivo in casa c’era già anche ombrellone e lettino da poter portare al mare 😃 . Abbiamo conosciuto anche i proprietari, persone semplici e gentilissime, addirittura ieri prima di andar via ci hanno portato un po’ di prodotti locali fatti da loro . Un grazie particolare a Benjamin e Catherina, persone gentilissime e sempre disponibili! Insomma per chiunque voglia vivere una vacanza autentica e confortevole questo è il posto giusto ! Non vediamo l’ora di tornare in Sardegna.

wszystko było zgodne z opisem. gospodarz był dla nas bardzo pomocny i był bardzo cierpliwy. wskazał wiele atrakcyjnych miejsc w okolicy i dużo opowiedział o pobliskim miasteczku oraz wskazał co warto zwiedzić jeśli chodzi o okoliczne atrakcje. na miejscu czekał na na mały poczęstunek w lodówce. miejsce bardzo czyste. jeśli chodzi o wyposażenie apartamentu - wszystko nowe i czyste. pełne wyposażenie - jak w domu.

Absolute Empfehlung – perfekter Aufenthalt in La Caletta! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir wurden bei der Ankunft unglaublich herzlich empfangen – so freundlich und hilfsbereit, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Unterkunft ist makellos sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, dazu sehr gemütlich und einladend. Besonders erwähnenswert: das Bett! Super bequem, mit einem richtig gemütlichen Kissen – so etwas haben wir auf unseren Reisen selten erlebt. Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung ist außerdem gut isoliert, sodass man sowohl Ruhe als auch angenehme Temperaturen genießen kann. Die Lage ist perfekt: zentral, nur wenige Schritte zum Supermarkt und in kurzer Distanz zum Strand. Auch schöne Städte und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung sind schnell zu erreichen. Kurz gesagt: Hier stimmt einfach alles – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
