This apartment was a great place to stay! The location cannot be beat. It is in the middle of one of the most active, exciting neighbourhoods in Rome. The apartment itself was big, clean, and offered a nice getaway after a long day of heat and business of the city. I’d recommend this place to everyone

Absolute Empfehlung – perfekter Aufenthalt in La Caletta! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Wir wurden bei der Ankunft unglaublich herzlich empfangen – so freundlich und hilfsbereit, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Die Unterkunft ist makellos sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, dazu sehr gemütlich und einladend. Besonders erwähnenswert: das Bett! Super bequem, mit einem richtig gemütlichen Kissen – so etwas haben wir auf unseren Reisen selten erlebt.
Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung ist außerdem gut isoliert, sodass man sowohl Ruhe als auch angenehme Temperaturen genießen kann.
Die Lage ist perfekt: zentral, nur wenige Schritte zum Supermarkt und in kurzer Distanz zum Strand. Auch schöne Städte und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung sind schnell zu erreichen.
Kurz gesagt: Hier stimmt einfach alles – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Este Airbnb es perfecto para combinar playa y tranquilidad. A muy pocos minutos de la playa y del centro de Siniscola. Está muy bien equipado. Catherina muy atenta a todas mis dudas o consultas. Sin dudas volvería y lo recomendaría. Muchas gracias por todo!🩷

La posizione eccezionale, vista mare con il gazebo nel quale poter fare tutti i pasti della giornata in tutta tranquillità ammirando il panorama!! La finestra del vicino di casa dentro il giardino dell appartamento.

Questa è una nuova villetta. Ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio. L'aria condizionata in cucina è sufficiente a mantenere fresche le stanze. Parcheggio nel cortile di fronte alla villa. Posizione comoda. Ci sono belle spiagge nelle vicinanze. Non siamo andati in spiaggia La Caletta, ma siamo andati in auto verso baie più remote. E il centro città è vicino, ci sono molti bar e ristoranti. Il proprietario vive nelle vicinanze ed è sempre pronto ad aiutare e a fornire le informazioni necessarie. Ci siamo divertiti molto, grazie.

Merci pour l'accueil et les petites attentions à notre arrivée (boissons au frais et les gâteaux). Le logement est vraiment très bien, très propre et idéal pour une famille. Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter le Nord Est de la Sardaigne avec des plages de rêves tout le long de la côte. On a passé une excellente semaine.

La propiedad esta completamente renovada, tiene todo tipo de comodidades para pasar unas vacaciones muy cómodas en una ubicación espectacular.
Dudamos de reservar al principio porque no tenía reviews, pero nuestra intuición no nos decepcionó y es un apartamento completísimo y muy limpio!!!
El anfitrión fue súper amable y estuvo atento ante cualquier consulta. Incluso nos facilitó información útil sobre La Caletta.
La playa está al frente, aunque hay que caminar un poco para que sea más bonita aún.
Teníamos café y agua de cortesía.
Tiene un aire acondicionado en cada ambiente (muy agradecidos por eso en el verano!).
El patio es privado de la propiedad. Realmente nada!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Benjamin hat uns herzlich empfangen, Catherina war immer per Email erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war wirklich top – sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut ausgestattet.
Die Betreuung durch die Eigentümer Carla und Cristian die hinter dem Haus wohnen war äußerst freundlich und herzlich, sie haben sich wirklich um alles gekümmert und standen jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Erfahrung!

Innanzitutto il posto: La Caletta è una piccola perla situata a metà strada tra Olbia e Nuoro e quindi sono facilmente raggiungibili tutte le località intermedie. C’è la possibilità di fare romantiche passeggiate lungo il porto o fino alla Torre di San Giovanni. Ogni sera il centro viene reso area pedonale, per cui è possibile passeggiare tranquillamente tra le numerose bancarelle, oppure concedersi qualsiasi tipo di cibo o bevanda nei numerosi locali che si affacciano sulla via principale.
L’appartamento è semplicemente fantastico: è situato al piano terra e quindi facilmente accessibile anche a persone con difficoltà motorie, è dotato di un patio che perimetra la casa, talmente spazioso che ci si potrebbe pattinare e poi, particolare non trascurabile, si affaccia direttamente sul porto distante 100 metri e vi possiamo garantire che un bicchiere di vino fresco al tramonto o un buon caffè al sorgere del sole, con la brezza che arriva dal mare, non hanno prezzo. La casa, molto spaziosa, è veramente dotata di tutto il necessario per poter passare una vacanza confortevole e senza rinunce, aria condizionata, forno, lavatrice e un wi-fi super performante sono un must.
Se non si vuole prendere la macchina per spostarsi, a pochi minuti a piedi verso sud c’è la lunghissima spiaggia che arriva fino a Santa Lucia, mentre a nord, sempre in pochi minuti, si raggiungono le spiagge del Borgo di San Giovanni.
I padroni di casa poi, sono il vero valore aggiunto di questa location. Non sono fantasmi che spariscono lasciandovi al vostro destino. Sempre disponibili per qualsiasi tipo di supporto, necessità o esigenza di cui possiate avere bisogno. Noi, un gruppo di 8 persone, siamo stati ospiti, speriamo graditi, per 10 giorni e loro, oltre a farci trovare un benvenuto con acqua fresca, birre, vino e cialde per il caffè, ci hanno offerto, a metà soggiorno e a loro spese, un cambio biancheria completo e la pulizia dell’appartamento. Inarrivabili!
