The best way to explore the area is by car, using the regional roads SS125 and local SP connections. Car hire is highly recommended, as it gives you the freedom to easily reach nearby beaches, scenic spots, and inland attractions. Public transport is also available: regional ARST buses connect Siniscola and La Caletta with Nuoro, Olbia, and in some cases nearby airports. However, services are generally less frequent during the low season. Taxis are available, although they can be limited in rural areas and outside the summer months. For long-distance rail connections, the nearest main train access is in Olbia or other larger towns, usually requiring a bus or car transfer to complete the journey. Within La Caletta itself, walking and cycling are convenient and enjoyable ways to get around the town centre, but they are less practical for reaching more distant beaches and attractions.
